No, our leases start at twelve months.

The damage deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent. This is due on the day of possession.

Utilities are not included. Prior to possession, the tenant will need to provide a utility confirmation sheet from Saskpower, Saskenergy, City of Regina, etc.
